Introduction

Pinoy’s baker is a traditional bakery located in the Philippines, that offers a wide array of bakery products
like pandesal, kabayan, pan de coco, ensaymada, monay, putok, kalihim, mamon and other Filipino local
bread. Pinoy’s baker provides delicious, affordable, and freshly baked breads everyday. Considered as a
newbie in the business, Pinoy’s baker will be the game changer when it comes to common breads that’s
being offered everyday. What makes us different from other local bakeries is that, aside from pandesal,
we also put malunggay as a twist to other breads – which is a healthy option to the consumers. No
merienda or almusal is complete without having a bite of Pinoy’s baker bread.

The Bakery seeks to expand from an ordinary bakery to a restaurant that will offer sandwiches, soup, and
pastries along with beverage in the future for dine in or to go.
