Then
who should maintain oral hygiene?
Everyone from children to adults or the elderly must maintain oral hygiene and must be able to
do it properly.
because if you do not maintain oral hygiene routinely and correctly, oral health will be disrupted
such as the appearance of dental plaque, cavities, mouth sores, bad breath, toothache, and
other oral health disorders.
But it all will not happen if we can maintain oral hygiene properly, for example such as brushing
teeth at least twice a day, checking teeth regularly to the dentist, and others.
And then
how to maintain proper oral and dental hygiene?
the first Don't brush your teeth too hard. One of the goals of a toothbrush is to remove dental
plaque. However, if you brush your teeth too hard, the friction can tear the gums and erode the
tooth's relatively thin enamel. As a result, your teeth become more sensitive. In addition,
incorrect way to brush teeth can cause dental plaque to accumulate and harden which can
result in gingivitis (gum inflammation).
ok now we will show roleplay about maintaining oral hygiene, happy listening ( moderator )
