SPECIMEN SUBMITTED:
Six (6) fired cartridge of a .38 revol with a serial number 00122421,one (1) semi
automatic rifle M14 A1,with serial number 422031.The said items were recovered in the area in
which the bodies were found at Upper Lamac Oroquieta City,

PURPOSE:
To testify wether if the said cartridges mark PAR were fired by the same gun recovered
in the scene as to determine the actual probably owner of the fired weapon.

FINDING:
Physical examinations shows that recovered six (6) fired cartridges mark PAR and the
slugs recovered in the bodies of the victims was fact fired by the same weapon recovered in the
scene after the test fired was made and therefore the cartridges mark PAR and the slugs was in
fact fired in the same weapon recovered in the scene.

REMARKS:
The original copy this report entry and of the specimen collected was to be submitted
and retained for further analysis and for the purposes to preserve for evidence.

This report consist of two (2) pages.
