Executive Summary
The Homemade Confections is a start-up business that classified as a sole
proprietorship enterprise situated along Kamatis St., Napico Manggahan City of Pasig. This
designated main office serves as the business’s head office and the manufacturing location
where goods are produced and made. The business’s target location is the University of
Arellano, Andres Bonifacio Campus along Pag-asa St., Brgy.Caniogan. The target location
are the schools as a part of meeting the higher demand of business’s target market, the
demand of youngers. The demands of low–profile individuals are also considered as the
business’s target since these consumers near school habitually purchase goods with
affordable price.

It expects to catch attention and interest of regular customers with the


chocolatiness and yumminess of tiny treat specials, the Coc -o Macaroons and Choc-o
coated Oreo. The business provides fresh-made tiny treats at all times.

To be a role model, food quality and service strategy are the business’s utmost
priority. Thus, its competitive edge is its people and products that are priced with budget and
quality in mind to build a strong market position.

To obtain objectives and goals, our mission is to build our reputation at its best
on providing great experience, speedy and efficient service to maximize profit, establish a
healthy and consistent revenue base to ensure rapid growth and financial stability of the
business.

The General Manager, which is Ms. Grazeila Padilla, leads and manages the
business. In financial considerations, the business expects to raise its profitability; hence, it
doesn’t anticipate any cash flow problem.
Homemade Confections​ is a food service industry which is very sensitive at its food
quality. The business believes that food quality is an important attribute to a hands-on full
service. It offers best homemade delights, pastries, confections that are out of ordinary.
Thus, priced with budget and quality in mind.

The business called Homemade Confections started at 13​th​ day of October 2017. It is
considerably a sole proprietorship business.

According to Google, “Homemade” means ​made at home, assuring that the


products served are freshly homemade rather than in a store or factory set up while
“Confections” are ​dishes or delicacies made with sweet ingredients. Thus, in general,
Homemade Confections are sweet pastries and delicacies made at home like the products it
could offers, the homemade macaroons and choco-coated oreo.

It is a parlor or shop that sells “chocolaties and whities” products. Chocolaties is


presented by the choc-o coated oreo since the product is coated with chocolate. And whities
is represented by the macaroons because it is not only made of coconut but with condensed
milk. The business arrives at the idea of selling these two products because they are a
perfect combination, “chocolate and milk” and ​it can surely exceed the satisfaction of the
consumers.

meetings are conducted with the involvement of general manager, head of every
departments and the lower management. In addition, this place serves as the manufacturing
location of the business where goods are produced and made.
TARGET LOCATION
I​ t's a brilliant idea to sell pastries in school because of its environment where students are
one of the primary target. Its affordability wants to meet demographical aspects of the market
specifically the demand of young ages and low–profile individuals that includes the demand
of the students. Another, the location is very accessible and open to all which is a great
opportunity to introduce these goody pastries and be known for good quality food services.

General Manager
The general manager is responsible for carrying-out the strategic plan through

the major responsibility.

Marketing prolongs the life span of the business, the manager must handle his
respective department with hands-on, the goal and objectives are recognize on his actions by
harnessing and accessing the potential and skills that marketer must uphold to market the
product. He must be a strategic thinker in conceptualizing techniques in marketing the
product.

Financial Department Manager


The financial manager is responsible for overall financial management and
the financial health of an organization. They took care of financial reports, investment
activities. He develops techniques and plans for the long- term financial goals of the
enterprise.

Production Manager
The overall manufacturing processes and production of the business is under control
of the production manager. The act of producing goods efficiently with the right cost and level
of quality is his principal function.

Oreo is dip or dunk into dark melted chocolate
that’s why it meant to say choc – o coated
Oreo.
Coc-o Macaroons
Coco originated from the word
“coconut”. It is called Coc-o that means “Oh
my coco”. It is one of the essential ingredient
of macaroons.
Product description

Coc-o Macaroons
What distinguishes macaroons is it’s tasteful, soft, chewy and chock-full of coconut
flavour which is absolutely addicting. A mini cake that is crispy on the smooth top and
bottom, soft at the center with the thin layer of butter. It is formed of perfect union of a
desiccated coconut, lovingly folded with creamy butter and vanilla, filled with sweetened
condensed milk and topped with a chunk of cheese. It has an aftertaste that will surely
savour on your mouth once you had a bit of it. Macaroons are a great baked treats that will
definitely enjoy by the consumers especially young ones who usually love sweets and tiny
treats.

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup butter

½ cup wash sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 eggs 1 teaspoon baking powder

2 can 300 ml condensed milk ½ cup grated cheese

4 cups shredded or flaked desiccated coconut

2 cups cake flour


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F.


2. Beat the egg in a mixing bowl. Add butter, vanilla extract, and condensed milk. Whisk
until well blended.
3. Add the desiccated coconut. Fold until the mixture is distributed.
4. Arrange mini baking cups on a mini muffin pan. Scoop around 1 tablespoon of mixture
and place it into each baking cup.
5. Put the muffin pan in the oven. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven. Let it cool down.
7. Transfer to a plate. Serve for dessert.

out of their respective rooms, expect a lot of students that might purchase the very own
product of HMC business. Expect a crowd of students after and in between classes and
expect high income earn in said location. The stalls situated in secluded place are also a
good idea so that customers can easily access their orders and receive them on time. The
place is peaceful. A perfect place to unwind and chit chat over the delicious unforgettable
sweets. To accommodate busy customers, there is a delivery offer but no additional fees at
all. Moreover, the place would be simple not plain because simplicity expresses its elegance,
therefore, the decoration would be minimal to avoid being tacky. Though it’s simple, it will
meets the customer's standards in terms of comfort and ambiance.

There are no charges in store necessities because the things are made

The cupcake cups are not recyclable but made available.

Conclusion

Homemade confection is a dessert that won’t desert you. Choc-o coated Oreo and
Coco macaroon is healthy enriches of coconut flavour and variety of nutrients. Both won’t fail
to satisfy you and meet your standards. In terms of service it won’t make your feet stand on
the ground for a very long time. “Waiting” is not popular in speedy service of staves. In short
it is the dessert that word “upset” is not acceptable. The coated Oreo’s taste brings you to
your luxurious desires to chocolate with a low price. Coco macaroons are made with some
pulp of coconuts. Have a sweet bite with macaroons and fly high with its taste.

Recommendations

Homemade confections could be full-time specials. These tiny desserts are


portable, can bring anywhere. It is not only a good food but best food that results to good
