We received your written explanation for the Notice to Explain dated January 5, 2019.
WE regret to inform you that the Management find your explanation unreasonable. In view thereof,
the Management has sufficient reason to believe that you violated our company rules and regulations.
Thus, this stern warning for you not to do it again.
WE are extremely upset with your action in this matter. The purpose of this suspension is to impress
upon you the seriousness with which we regard the above violation of employment and to give you
the opportunity to reflect upon your future compliance with our employment standards. One more
violation of the conditions of your employment will result in termination.
