Journey Management Guide

The document outlines a journey management process for determining whether a trip is routine or non-routine and the appropriate approval process. It involves assessing whether the trip is necessary, has a non-driving alternative, and if there are any escalating risk factors. Routine trips follow a standard approval process while non-routine trips require additional review of equipment, driver qualifications, road/weather conditions, and risks before obtaining approval.
