2nd convocation degree - In person and In absentia- fee details as below:

Under Graduate (U.G.) course (Regular/Distance): - Rs 600/-In absentia for the batches who passed
out in 2016 and 2017 (Rs 900/-In absentia- for the batches who completed their degrees before
2016).

Post Graduate (P.G.) course: - Rs 700/-(In Person) & 1000/- (In Absentia) for the batches who passed
out in 2016 and 2017 (Rs 1300/-In absentia- for the batches who completed their degrees before
2016).

For autonomous college Students: -For U.G courses fee Rs800/-(In absentia) and for P.G courses
Rs 800/- (In-person) & 1000/- (In absentia) for the batches who passed out in 2016 and 2017
(Rs 1100/- for U.G courses- In absentia and 1300/- for P.G courses - In absentia- for the batches who
completed their degrees before 2016).

Ph.D. degree holders: - Rs 1000/- (In Person) & Rs 1300/- (In absentia) - for the batches who
completed their Ph.D. Degree after February 2016.

Note:

1. Students who have applied in person for Ph.D. course and Toppers in the P.G courses will be
honoured on the dais on the day of convocation. The list of eligible students for award of Gold medal
will be communicated to their colleges in due course of time.

2. If Students have applied In Person and not able to attend for the convocation, then those
students’ certificates will be issued on payment of balance fees only.
