AR-15 Rifle Barrel Assembly Instructions - Page 1

To assemble the kit, match up part #1 with another part #1 and slot together. You will need glue
to assemble this kit and some pieces may fit tightly. Since it is cut from wood, it may swell in
humid weather and be loose when the substrate is dried out, so keep sandpaper and a bottle of
glue handy and have fun!

This kit is made from 3mm (1/8") Baltic Birch

Start this assembly by following the number / letter sequence.

Note that #1 has the hooks facing down, #2 has them facing up
and for #3 they will face towards the front.

Use glue as needed to help hold the parts together.
