because in my jab experience i have sIIn most of DhOs thEng (cosas);

for example i have workd at a place where thI salary and de incenevs like bonuses are really high
(alto)

but people there used to do their job with bad attitude

and they just did the menemum they

had to do

this(ESTO) because there was not a good atmEsphEr;

I also worked on another place where the atmosphere for working was really nice; people had kind
autonomy and was saRisfAed at the job,

they fElt happy to come to work and the result and achivments in the work where really really
better.

SoU because of my experience i am totally agrIII with that research
