In view of the promulgation of a Decision on ERC Case No. 2013-195

RC directing all Distribution Utilities are directed to collect the amount
of P0.0265/kWh as Universal Charge (UC) NPC Stranded Debt (SD)
from the consumers starting on the next billing period and remit the
same to PSALM, may we request for the renaming of FIT All Recovery
to NPC Stranded Debt and programming of the required amount in
our Electronic Billing System before the 14th of the month.
