Example:
• I have total mastery over my mind.
• My thoughts are mine and I only dwell on the things I choose to dwell on.
• Stress and fear are gone. In their place are joy, happiness, and security.
• I use my mind to create amazing things in my life and business.
• I see many people coming to hear and listen to me because of my wisdom. (visual)
• My friends and family keep telling me how much I have changed. (auditory)
• I feel free for the first time in my life. (kinesthetic)

Create your plan and take action.

STEP #1: Awareness and Observation


Spend a minimum of 10 minutes a day for one week doing nothing more than
observing your thoughts.

STEP #2: Eliminate and Replace


Armed with a good understanding of your thought patterns, on Day #8, write a list
of all of the negative thoughts you have been believing.

Then make a new list of the positive thoughts you’re going to replace the negative
thoughts with.

Example:
Negative thought: I hate the way my body looks.
Positive thought: I am fearfully and wonderfully made, that my body is a gift, and I
love looking at what I see.
Then format a new statement using the format below:

I reject the lie that ________ (insert negative statement) and I choose to believe that
________ (insert positive statement).

Example:
I reject the lie that I am unhappy with my body. I choose instead to believe that I am
fearfully and wonderfully made, that my body is a gift, and I love looking at what I see.

Do that every day for 21-Days.
