Idea: To start a remodelled auto based vehicle which is innovated with tentative flavoured milks like
badam milk, pista milk, cashew milk. This can be further improved with the addition of new types of
flavoured milks in future.

Target audience: All age groups

Source for reference: Bandar badam milk (Vijayawada food court)

Innovation/Existing: Only badam milk is existing but the other types are an innovation based on the
former one.

Tentative date of starting: Dec 1st week

Funds: Our own funds from friends and family who want to be patners.

After 3 years: Outlets across Andhra and Telangana

After 5 years: Outlets across India

Estimated budget (One-time): 1.2 lakh (for buying auto, remodelling, fridge, licences, utensils and
others)

Estimated budget (Monthly for raw materials): 1 lakh (around)

Estimated profit (Monthly): 50k (if we sell 100 glasses per day for 30 days at 50/- each)

Around 80k- 1 lakh (if we sell 150 glasses per day for 30days at 50/- each)
