1. On October 23, 2019, accused received a copy of

the private complainant’s FORMAL OFFER OF
EXHIBITS dated October 14, 2019;

2. That the order of Honorable Court dated October 8,

2019 has given the defense a period of Ten (10)
days from receipt of the private complainant’s
Formal offer of exhibits.

3. In compliance with such order, the accused hereby

submits its comment to the Formal Offer of
Exhibits filed by the private complainant. Copy of
the said Comment is hereto attached as Annex “A”;

4. With this compliance, it is hereby respectfully

submitted that the Offer by resolved.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the

Honorable Court note this Manifestation/Compliance and
resolve the private complainant’s Formal Offer of Exhibits.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are

likewise prayed for.
