Performance: Add an Individual Goal Employee

9. You can also add a Status to the goal to indicate the level of

Individual goals are created to evaluate and track progress against
objectives.
Note: Red asterisks indicate required fields.
1. Navigate to the My Goals report.

2. Click the Goal Details tab.

3. In the Completed Goals section, click Edit.

4. Scroll to the bottom and click Add.

5. Enter a Title and Description for the goal. 10. Click Submit and Done.
