I am to inform you that as per “Schedule of Teaching and Vacations for the Academic Session 2019-20” (Chapter 9),
published in the University Prospectus for the session 2019-2020, the schedule for online submission of examination forms
for the examinations of all PG/UG programmes falling under scheme of Credit Based System under 70 :30 scheme, Credit
Based System under 50:50 scheme and Non-Credit Based System is notified as under :-

Note:
1. For all semester system examinations, the exam forms of regular and re-appear students of all teaching departments and
affiliated colleges except D.P.Ed./B.Ed/ M.Ed. alongwith lists of the students and fee must be submitted to the University on
line as per the above schedule irrespective of the declaration of result of last exam. However, in case of re-appear
candidates, no late fee shall be charged within 15 days of the declaration of the result including date of declaration of result.
Thereafter late fee will be charged as per above schedule.
2. In the event of any last date for submission of forms without or with late fee being holiday(s)/declared holiday(s), the next
working day will be deemed to be the last date.
3. The examination fee once paid is neither refundable nor adjustable for any course or the subsequent examination under any
circumstances. The examination form alongwith the examination fee once submitted shall not be permitted to withdraw.
4. The fee, structure will be applicable as per notification issued vide Acad./AC-1/2018/2679-2791 dated 15.06.2018. The other
charges/fee for the courses running under SFS in the Govt. Aided Private Colleges will remain the same as per the last
academic session 2018-19. Accordingly, list of eligible students alongwith examination fee payable to the university may be
sent to the Result Branch. The newly affiliated colleges may also submit the list of eligible students alongwith examination
fee payable to the University on the basis of KUK.
5. The University portal will be opened on 02.09.2019 for examination of Nov/Dec- 2019 and for April/May 2020
will be opened on 01.02.2020.
6. The above schedule is also applicable for all Engg./Management/Degree Colleges affiliated to this university.

supervision of the Chairperson/Director/Principal of the University Teaching Departments/Engg./Mgt./Degree colleges
may fill the form alongwith the requisite fee/late fee accordingly and hard copy of the form may be submitted to the
Chairperson/Director/Principal of the UTD/Engg./Mgt./Degree colleges for checking the eligibility of the
students/verification of the particulars filled by the students. If there is any mistake , the same may be got rectified by
the UTD/Colleges in the UCIC/IT Cell, GJUS&T, Hisar.
