OBJECTIVE
Understanding paediatric basic life support:
•Airway – airways opening
•Breathing – artificial ventilation
•Circulation – recovery of circulation

tengah, jari manis dan kelingking (“E”) membuat chin lift
dan ekstensi leher

• Frekuensi 12 – 20x/menit
Check pulse, check sign of circulation

CPR
1 rescuer: 30 chest compression & 2 breath Call EMS
2 recuer: 15 chest compression & 2 breath

CIRCULATION
Look for signs of a circulation for no more 10 s
any movement, coughing
normal breathing=circulation is present
(not agonal gasps, which are infrequent, irregular breaths)
or
check pulse: a.brachialis for infant; a.carotid for child
CHEST COMPRESSION
