h) Tabeer Tourism is not liable,in case of offloaded
due to lack of documents.
i) Visa Approval is up to immigration solely. Tabeer
Tourism will apply tourist Visa in the guidance of
DTCM Rules. In case of any rejection, delays or
cancellation due to any reason we will not be
responsible for Application charge. If flight is
booked already and visa approval is delayed by
immigration then Tabeer Tourism will not be liable
for flight/Visa cancellation.
j) If application of visa is in “Documents Required”
status due to any reason or is rejected by
immigration due to any reason Tabeer bears no
financial or legal responsibility for delay or rejected
application. All kinds of expenses for returning to
home country will be paid by the passenger or their
guarantor.
k) If this person/ traveler does not exit on visa expiry
date, then guarantor is under obligation to aid and
assist Tabeer Tourism in efforts to exit this person
from UAE. If the guarantor deliberately fails to
comply with this provision, then Tabeer Tourism
reserves the right to initiate/ lodge criminal and
civil proceeding against guarantor before
competent authorities.
l) I acknowledge,TABEER TOURISM has the right to
verify all the details given Below.
m) * Important reminder*** Exiter is allowed to stay
maximum of 48 hours. If the visa application is
having issues and remarks by the immigration, all
passengers should leave the airport as soon as
possible. Passenger have to book their ticket
online or with their respective agent.
Passenger/Guarantor will shoulder any expenses
for the ticket.

‫ظ) اذا لم يقم الشخص المسافر بمغادرة الدولة عند انتهاء مدة‬

‫مجهوداتها في اخراج ذلك الشخص من دولة اإلمارات العربية‬
‫ اذا فشل الضامن عمدا ً في االمتثال بذلك الحكم فسيحق‬.‫المتحدة‬
‫لتعبير للسياحة المبادرة في تقديم دعوى جنائية و مدنية ضد‬
.‫الضامن من قبل السلطات المختصة‬
