AND STATE UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES

SUBJECT : 5th Values Restoration Officers' {VRO) Capacity Building

The Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values (CRFV), a Civil Service
Commission Accredited Learning and Development Institution, will hold the 5th
Values Restoration Officers (VRO) Capacity Building with the theme, "Double
DeGade of Acceleration, Righteousness Exalts a Nation" on October 16-18, 2019 at
the 'Hotel Supreme Convention Plaza, Baguio City. The event will coincide with
the ouncil's 25th year anniversary celebration.

Registration fees are as follows:

Early-Bird Rate Regular Rate

(on or before August 31, 2019)
Php10,000.00 Php12,000.00

All interested government employees may attend the VRO Capacity Building.
However, it is discretionary on the part of the agency heads to allow their employees
to attend on official business/time, as provided for under CSC Memorandum Circular
No. 43, s. 1993.
