Behaviorism

Students have different attitudes that they portray or show inside the classroom
premises: it could be either good or bad , sometimes it depends on their mood or
attention.

Teachers are accountable for every action of his or her students. That is why teachers
must also be discipline enough to follow all the rules and regulations that he or she
imposes inside the classroom, so in return, he or she can influence his or her students to
follow wholeheartedly. Likewise, he or she must be able to execute these ordinances
consistently to make the classroom management effective and in order.

If you are going to analyze how students really behave, it will take many hours or days
for you to guess their source/s of motivation. But, if you are committed enough to strive
for the best—teach them how to act properly and follow what is right, I think it will be
easier for you as a teacher to instruct them without planting a mindset to them that
these rules are just for requirements or compliance. It sounds difficult, but however
difficult teaching may seem, it is still your call to transform them into better individuals
of their lifetimes.

To make them behave is a tasky responsibility for every teacher. But, if you will look
closely on the brighter scale of it, it will give you more compassion and motivation to
create a difference that they can use in their future. Whether the students act unruly
inside your class, it is not right to hit the whole spotlight to him or her because it will
ruin his or her self-esteem. Even the students are disrespectful to his or her students, it
is not your call to plant another derogatory terms to him or her. It is really difficult, but
for you to make all of these bad behaviors transform into good ones, it is not only your
responsibility to make a difference, their parents and themselves must take part in the
action plan to make your and their dreams put on the table of reality.
