LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SCHOLAR LOAN

(A) FOR STUDENT :

• Loan Application Form completely filled-in
• 3 recent Passport size Photographs
• Copy of PAN Card (3 copies)
• Copy of Aadhar Card (2 copies)
• ID Proof – any one : Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID Card etc. (2 copies)
• Copies of Certificates & Marks sheets – starting from 10th onwards
• Entrance Score Card [XAT/CAT]
• Letter of Admission from the Institute
• Schedule of expenses (Statement of cost of study)
• Statement of Assets & Liabilities

(B) FOR WORKING STUDENTS (IN ADDITION TO LIST A)

1. Latest Salary Slip showing all deductions
2. Employment details for the last 2 years.
3. Resignation / Relieving letter/ Permission Letter from the current employer.
4. IT Return / Form -16 for the last 2 years.

(C) FOR PARENT / GUARDIAN :

• 3 recent Passport size photographs
• Copy of PAN Card (2copies)
• Copy of Aadhar Card (2 copies)
• ID Proof – any one : Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID Card etc. (2 copies)
• Address Proof : Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill/Passport with same address etc. (2 copies)
• For IT Assesse : IT Return OR Form 16 for last 2 years
For Pensioners : Copy of PPO
For Others : Income Certificate from Tahsildar
• Bank Account Statement for last 6 months
• Proof of domicile
• Statement of Assets & Liabilities
• Affidavit for Education Loan (Both by Student & Parent)

Please also Note that:

• The loan is to be applied jointly by the student & the father/guardian.
• A joint SB Account (Father/guardian & Applicant) to be opened in SBI.
• All original documents (Student & Father) to be produced at the branch for verification at the time of documentation.
