CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT

This agreement made between the rejectkrew mobile dj (here-in known as mobile) and HENRY
TAMAYO (here-in known as client) is for the purpose of contracting the mobile dj services and it's
equipment.

1. The mobile agrees to provide it's mobile dj services and its equipment on OCTOBER 27, 2019
from _____ .m. to _____.m. at the following location: OASIS MANILA

2. The client agrees to pay the mobile a deposit of P1,000, due upon the booking of the services
describe above and the balance of P13,000 , due upon the end of the services stated in item no. 1.
Deposit is non refundable. This includes instances when the client wishes to move to a date that is
already fully booked. Payment for the deposit and full payment for the said service is in cash form only.
This contract is contingent upon the receipt of the deposit and contract, with the client’s signature.

3. The client agrees to furnish a facility that completely covers the mobile djs and their
equipment from direct sunlight or rain.

4. The client agrees to provide the mobile crew of 7 staff two decent rice meals – one during
the set-up period (either breakfast or lunch), and another during the actual event (either lunch or
dinner).

Should the client opt to give an allowance, the requested amount is 150 per head per meal.

5. The client further agrees to provide the sufficient electrical power within the location of the
event. The client agrees to provide specific direction to the event location and access for the mobile dj's
set-up and sound check at least 4 hours prior to the above stated time.

6. The client agrees to provide the mobile a parking space within or around the event location
at least 5 hours before the start of the event and 3 hours after the event has ended. In any case the
parking area is a pay parking zone, the client agrees to pay for the parking fee, all permits should be
secured by the clients and/or its agent/coordinator

7. The mobile dj's will make every effort to play all of the requests but cannot be held responsible
if specific selections are not available. The client may give a USB of songs he/she wants within the
program, to ensure that all songs will be played.

8. The mobile includes the following:

 Ceremony sound system:
o 2 professional powered speakers
o 1 audio mixer
o 1 laptop for music playback
o 2 wireless mic
o 2 wired mic with stand
o signal cables and patch cord
  Reception Set- up:

o 6 units RCF ART 312a mk3 powered speakers

o 1 unit 16 channel allen and heath audio mixer
o 2 Units 31 Channel Graphic Equalizer
o 1 laptop with DJ software application (for music playback)
o 1 set wireless microphone (1 reciever, 2 mics, batteries included)
o 4 units wired microphones (with 4 boom mic stands)
o 16 units LED 3 watts (moodlightings)
o 4 units kosmo beam4 LED moving heads
o 6 units LED backdrop lightings
o 2 DMX lighting controller
o 1 unit main line with interrupt
o 2 crates of patch, signal and electrical cables
o Tower stand (tripod) for lightings and speakers
o Staff of Sound system technicians, DJ / playback DJ / lighting designer -
technician

 Freebies: Smoke Machine, Follow Spot, Musician Set- Up

This contract contains all of the terms and condition agreed upon by the client and the rejectkrew
mobile dj and no other agreement, oral or otherwise regarding the subject matter of this contract or
performance for the event stated on this contract shall be deemed to exist.
