This letter shall provide an assessment of the faculty member's strengths and wealmesses and, when applicable, progress toward achievement of promotion and/or tenure," (Illinois State University Faculty Appointment, Salary, Promotion and Tenure Policies, Effective January 1, 2019, section XVI, B, 5, p. 73). ‘This letter fulfills this ASPT requirement by addressing your annual performance review. ‘The SFSC wants to remind faculty that this annual performance review does not address long-term contribution or equity. Later this year, the SFSC will conduct an annual salary review that considers long-term faculty contribution, equity, and annual performance {Illinois State University ASPT document, pp. 71-74). Please read this annual performance review carefully and incorporate the recommendations into your professional activities and efforts.
