Guideline for photocopying

 Before starting copying check the paper

selection on printer. Below displayed pic
indicates the default paper selection on
printer

 If the required photocopy is in A4 or A3,

Paper size to be selected by using “Paper
Select” button. Check below shown pic
 Two options- A3 and A4 is available and
select the paper by using Arrow key (˄ or
˅) and click okay button (OK).

 Positioning of page to take copy for A4 is

shown in pics below. Position the papers
accordingly.
