Following complaints received from you about the company's email system, we have decided
that people who will not comply with email policy conditions will be penalized. Failure to comply
with email policy has caused a threatening work environment. order to avoid such
misunderstandings, the following conditions will be met: monitoring of staff emails, personal use
of emails, prohibited content, do's and don'ts in the use of the company's email system, do's and
don'ts in the use of the company's email system, training to ensure staff understand the
importance of email etiquette.
