RELATIONSHIP OF TEACHER PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCY

WITH STUDENT LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT AT FIFTH GRADE OF SD NEGERI ANGGASA DONDO SUB-
DISTRICT TOLITOLI DISTRICT

Abstract: The problem in this research is how is the teacher pedagogic compotency and student
achievement ?. The purpose of this study are: to know ompotensi teacher and student achievement and
the relationship between teacher compotence with student achievement. This research method using
descriptive quantitative type with the subject of research is all students in SDN Anggasan Dondo sub-
district Tolitoli district which amounts to 29 peoples consist of 13 men and 16 women. The data
collection techniques in this study using observation, documentation and questionnaires. To recognize
the data obtained from the research location in use 2 techniques of descriptive techniques and
inferential techniques are intended to provide an overview of the Relationship Between Master
Pedagogic Compotency With Student Achievement Class V SDN Anggasan Kec. Dondo Kab. Tolitoli using
percentage percent (%) then narrated to draw conclusions. The results showed that of 29 students, there
were 7 students or 24.1% who stated that the pedagogic composition of the teacher is very good and
from 29 students there are 22 students or 75.9% who stated the good teacher performance. While the
students' learning achievement of 29 students, there are 9 students or 31.5% learning achievement is
very good and from 29 students, there are 20 students or 68, 9% presentation of good learning.

To know whether there is a correlation between teacher pedagogic competence with student
achievement, it is consulted on the significant level ɑ = 95% with the criteria of testing it if <, then Ho
(null hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is received. Based on data found in this
research, that correlational analysis in consult at the significant level ɑ = 95% obtained> or 0.874> 0.367.
It means Ha (alternative hypothesis) is received and Ho (null hypothesis) is rejected. So it can be
concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between teacher performance with
student achievement fifth grade of SDN Anggasan in Dondo sub-district Toli district
