Please accept this as my resignation as a Service Crew from your office effective today.

I sincerely apologize for the abrupt timing of this announcement however due to unforeseen
circumstances I decided to render this resignation.

Thank you for a great opportunity that you have given me during my stay in your company for more
than nine years. I will be forever thankful that once I become a part of it. This day I have to decide not
only for myself but also for my family. I have to settle for good in the Philippines to take care of my
children while my wife is studying college, there’s no one will look after them so I decided to give up my
work and come back to Philippines as soon as possible.

Please let me know how I can be of help during the transition period. I wish you and the company the
very best going forward.
