THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, BUREAUCRATIC
BEHAVIOR AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON QUARANTINE SERVICE QUALITY AT THE AGRICULTURAL QUARANTINE CENTER OF TANJUNG PRIOK

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of organizational
culture, bureaucratic behavior and work discipline on the service quality of employees at the Agricultural Quarantine Center of Tanjung Priok simultaneously and partially. The method used in this study was an associative descriptive method with 71 selected respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis technique, Pearson correlation and coefficient of determination, as well as the F-test and t-test with the help of SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results showed that organizational culture, bureaucratic behavior and work discipline affected the service quality of the employees of at the Agricultural Quarantine Center of Tanjung Priok. Simultaneously the three variables had an effect of 56.8% and partially bureaucratic behavior gave a greater influence in improving the quality of service.
