Obstructive sleep apnoea due to tonsils/adenoids n recurrent ear infections. .impaired hearing
Fuzzy eater/poor appetite

Pedia; fussy eater. Osteomyelitis, tonsillitis with snoring and rec. Ear infection.
O&E; preggy wanting early delivery as husband going overseas, urine retention d/ t ? Uterine mass
/ovarian mass, lady with HSIL explain result and mx.
Med/surg; #tibia fibula exam. & mx. , amourosis fugax examination and dd. Abdo examn with LIF
pain with peritonism exam and dd and mx. Essential tremors hx. Exam. finding from examiner & Mx.
, Torsion testis hx ex. Mg. 84 yr lady with confusion with urinary incontinence on medication for bp &
sleep disorder.hx and dd. Young Pt on newly started epilepsy drugs; explain dx & further course of
action, 32 yo lady with morning stiffness and pain in hand Hx and Dx with reasons.RA.
Psych; adjustment disorder with anxiety. Man restarted on Resperidone with dizziness examx
postural hypotension Dx and Mx.
