opportunity to gather on this meeting today which must be has much disadvantages
for our knowledge or even inspiring us. Now I am stating that the meeting today is

I hope it will be better in every single meeting, very proud to be gathered with you all
here. That was great performance. I had already told the purpose of being this topic
today “NEGATIVE IMPACT IN GAME ONLINE” in the opening session before.

our topic today, the topic today is Negative Impact in Game Online .

Negative Impact in Game Online

Today, the Internet offers a variety of online games for everyone. There are harmless
cartoon-like games for young generation as well as aggressive and violent examples.
Whether it is kids or an adult man, every person will find anything to his taste. Students are
also active players in online games. There is nothing surprising in the fact that they may
spend the whole day or night playing online. However, such passion for online games may
result for them both positively and negatively.

Of course, many people do not desire to admit that playing online games may bring
about some positive effect as negative consequences seem to them more apparent and
serious. It goes without saying that spending too much time playing online will make a
negative impact on a student and usually it can result in:

1. Aggression in teens:

One of the most detrimental effects of playing violent video games is increased
aggression in student. A comprehensive meta-analysis involving more than 100 research
papers have shown that exposure to violent video games is a causal risk factor for increased
aggressive behavior.

Some researchers have claimed that violent video games can desensitize student to
violence, and lower the likelihood of a pro-social behavior.

2. Addiction to gaming:

The term ‘pathological gaming’ or video game addiction is being widely discussed in the
medical circles though it is not yet classified as any formal disorder in the US Diagnostic and
Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

Pathological gamers are likely to develop anxiety, insomnia, social isolation, and depression.
Moreover, these factors are co-morbid in the sense that they can influence each other. Therefore,
pathological gaming can result in depression, anxiety, or social phobia and the latter three can make
the child more inclined and attracted to gaming.

3. Poor academic performance:

This is one of the side effects of video games on teens. Playing video games for long hours
can affect your teen’s performance in school. Studies have shown that a higher amount of time spent
in playing onscreen games can be associated with lower academic performance.

A survey has shown that 47% of heavy online players got poor grades, while 23% of light
users performed better than them.

4. Adverse effects on health:

Excessive gaming can have an adverse impact on the teen’s health as they spend more time
playing virtual games rather than having some physical exercise. This practice increases the
risk of childhood obesity. Sometimes, student also skip meals and sleep to play games they
are addicted to. The constant glare from the screen can also harm the child’s eyesight in the
long run.

In the second speaker you said “………..” I think that word should be changed to “………..”.
The second speaker said “………..”, I think it more better to say flood without –ing partical.
And the third speaker, in your speech you said “…………….” I think that should be better to
change it into “………………………..”.

from the leader, the moderator, the speaker, the speech evaluator, and the grammarian. I think

name is ……………. and I’m as a timer. My responsibilities are taking notes of the time, and
giving signal anybody who speaks over than the decisions time. Now I’d like to read the
rules:

1. I’ll give opportunity to the Speaker to present the theme for about ten minutes
2. I’ll give opportunity to the Table Topic Speaker for about fifteen minutes
