12 weeks.

 You must have worked in the company for a period of one year.

bonding leave.

4. What makes the employees eligible for the bonding leave?

 An employee must have completed at least 12 months of employment with the company.
 He or she must have worked for the company for at least 1250 hours in the past 12 months.
 He or she must be employed at a worksite that has 20 or more employees within 75 miles of
that worksite.
