SUBJECT: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In
order to continue with the simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of my
restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your
approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom part of this memo and returning it
to me.

The name of the Cafe is The Tea, with a tagline Cheers. The theme of the restaurant is an
English high tea. So that customers can feel like they're in a tea shop in England. The color
scheme is the type of colors you would see in an English cottage garden, with the logo being a
floral teacup. The Cafe signature’s dish would be a Tea with an assortment of Crumpets,
Scones, and berries. The Cafe would be in Benwood Towne Square, PA.

I love tea and English vintage decor, so drinking tea and having the atmosphere of an elegant
tea party would be a restaurant I would enjoy.
