Ingingo ya 1: Inshingano ya SSH
«Umuryango wo gushaka no gukiza icyazimiye» mu nyito ihinnye ‘’SSH’’,

Article 1: The Mandate of the SSH
The Organization ‘’Seek and Save Humanity’’ hereinafter
abreaviated as ‘’SSH’’, is a faith-based organization combining
Christians from different Christian Churches that have applied and
acquired such a title. Its mandate is to Seek and Save Humanity
based on the Holy Scriptures in Luke 19:10.
Article 2: Vision of the SSH
Turning the world into disciples of Jesus Christ.
Article 3: The Mission of SSH
The organisation has the mission to preach the gospel of Jesus
Christ from our neighborhood throughout the world (Matthew
28.19) as non-profit making, without aiming for any property or
political opinion of any kind.
Aticle 4: SSH’s Objectives
The SSH’s Objectives are the following:
- To Preach the gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide;
- To Contribute to the healing, unity and reconciliation
process and nurturing Christians on the way to heaven
through the Word of God;

Article 5: Core values of the SSH
● Full Salvation: The Organization SSH is actively seeking
every Christian to come to the full salvation healing sin,
sickness, wounds and curse
● Loving one another: The SSH is actively encouraging all
people to love one another as Jesus loved them and made
it a great commandment.
● Building a family: The SSH is trying to build a family
because it is the key foundation of the living church and a
good nation.
● Evangelism for All: The SSH encourages Christians to
return to the great mission of bringing the gospel to the end
of the world. So we strive to give a good inheritance to the
next generation.
● Effective use of Technology: The SSH is actively
encouraging all people to use technology in a profitable
and effective way and consider it as a tool of evangelism.

Article 11: Invitation of the General Assembly

● To execute the decisions and recommendations of the
general assembly;
● Prepare reports and submit them to the General Assembly;
● To deal with the day to day management of the organization;
● To draw up the annual report on the activities of the year;
● To elaborate budget provisions to be submitted to the
general assembly;
● To propose to the general assembly any amendments to the
constitution and the internal regulations;
● To prepare the sessions of the general assembly;
● To negotiate cooperation agreements and funding with
partners;
● To recruit, appoint and dismiss the personnel of the
organization.

Article 20 : Requirements of the Executive Committee
● Being a year-old member of SSH;
● Being with integrity;
● Being older;
● Being ready to attend all the meetings of the Executive
Committee;
● Be aware of the position he/she is called to hold;
● Not have been definitely sentenced to a main penalty of
imprisonment of not less than six (6) months which is
not crossed by an amnesty or rehabilitation
● Not have been definitively convicted of the crime of
genocide, genocide ideology, discrimination or
sectarianism.
Article 21: Responsibilities of the Chairperson of the
Executive Committee
● Chairing Executive Committee and General Assembly
meetings
● Representing the organization before the law
● Advocates the Organization in the country and abroad
● Ensure the implementation of the decisions of the
Executive Committee and the General Assembly.
● Signing work contract with the staff;
● Signing Statutes, Bylaws, internal rules and regulations of
the Organization, minutes of the meetings he chairs, the

Article 24: Duties of the Treasurer

● Is signatory of bank documents of the organization.
● He represents the Chairperson when he is not available and
assist him/her with his day to day duties.
● Prepare minutes of meetings of the Executive Committee
and the General Assembly and keep them;
● Coordinate all activities of meetings preparation at all
organizational organs;
● Prepare and follow up all invitations of the Executive
Committee and the General Assembly in collaboration
with the Chairperson
● Is in charge of all the staff and their responsibilities;
● In charge of all the Secretariat’s activities of the
Organization.
● Is signatory of bank documents of the organization.
● Coordinate all the activities related to finance of the SSH;
● Prepare the budget project proposal of the SSH and present
it to the Executive Committee and the General Assembly
to be approved;

be solved by the committee, it will be reported to the
General Assembly and if it is not solved the case shall be
taken to competent organs of.
