Who has never had anxiety about something?

Everyone feels anxious now and then. It’s a normal emotion. For example, you may feel nervous when

However, Anxiety disorders is a type of mental illnesses, and the distress they cause can keep you from
carrying on with your life normally.

For people who have one, worry and fear are constant and overwhelming, and can be disabling. But with
treatment, many people can manage those feelings and get back to a new life.

illness, first reason is that they can be attributed such as combination of things, including changes
in your brain and environmental stress.

Stress in a personal relationship such as marriage.

Stress from an emotional trauma such as the death of a loved one.

Antoher reason is because your biological relatives have anxiety disorders or other mental illnesses

HOW CAN WE CONTROL ANXIETY DISORDER?


These tips show help you control or lessen your mental illnes like anxiety disorder.

Cut down on foods and drinks that have caffeine, such as coffee, tea, cola, energy drinks, and chocolate.
Caffeine is a mood-altering drug, and it may make symptoms of anxiety disorders worse.

Eating right, doing exercise, and get better sleep. the exercises like jogging , biking and pratice yoga help
release brain chemicals that cut stress and improve your mood.
But have other option that’s Cognitive behavioral therapy: This is a certain type of psychotherapy that
teaches you how to eliminate stress and change thought patterns and behaviors that trigger deep anxiety
or panic.
