It is very difficult give the exactly meaning of what is happiness.

Sometimes we
confuse it with peace, stability, balance or we believe that it means the
combination of the previous ones among others.

In my concept happiness is a state in which you have the ability to smile even
with your liver so your eyes cry. According to my concept I give you some tips
about How to be happy.

1. You are Responsibly: Remember you are the creator of your own reaction,
you can control the different situations, the thinking of people and nothing
that is outside of you, but you can control you reactions in front of it.

2. Nothing is personal: Everyone has their own concept of life, of love, of war,
of happiness, of perfection, of religion, of God, good and bad, everyone has
a story, for this reason when you disagree with somebody don´t fight, try to be
in their shoes y open your mind and understand.

3. Breathe: If you wake up every morning, you have the opportunity to


breathe but maybe you don´t know how to do. Is important breathe through
our nose and become aware of how the air enters your body and how you
breathe, for our stress we breathe with the chest and the right thing is with the
abdomen, if you do it you get a state of relaxation for your nervous system
and also you massage every organ of your abdomen.

4. Be grateful: I don´t know if you believe in God, or Universe, or Pacha Mama,


or like your prefer to call, but give thanks every day, every night, every
moment, I understand that every experience is a opportunity to develop, to
grow up, I know that is no easy but you could be more aware every day. I
believe in God and I can say that God don´t need a specific moment, or that
I put my foot in my neck, or that wear a specific clothes to hear me and talk to
me, God loves us like we are.

5. Enjoy: Remember that you are going to die, have fun on the road.

6. Watch this movie: One film that help to understand ow to be happy and be
here was The Pacific Warrior and other film that help me was Eat, Pray and
Love, I watch it every time that I need to learn something because you need
to live every second and the stress and routine make that you lose you
happiness.
