Hey, everyone, it's El Marquez with linuxacademy.

com and today we're talking

docker, but to be honest with you, we're not going to be doing a lot of talking
because we are going to get behind that command line. This course will cover a
Docker Quickstart, Which means we're getting you up and running. We're going to
cover installing Docker on Linux and then we'll actually cover how to install
Docker on Windows. Although this course most of our demos and our labs are going to
be in a Linux environment. In the end, docker really runs regardless of the
platform that you're using. So the way we're going to cover this is we'll start out
with the Docker Hub. Then we'll get you up and running on your own environment.
Running your own containers will take a step back and discuss how did this
container start? So we'll discuss the docker image. Then we'll delve into
understanding the docker file and how to create your own images. We'll have a few
other adventures along the way, but I'm guessing most of you are ready to get
started. So go ahead and close out this video and we'll get started on our journey.
