ln line with Division Memorandum No. 760 s. 2019 re:RESILIENCY ADVANCEMENT

MEET(RAM) AND STAKEHOLDERS PARTNERSHIP ROADSHOW AND EXHIBIT, the following
provisions are hereby added;

1,2 Guidelines on Search for Best Partnership Exhibit

!.2.7 The search shall be applied to districts of DepEd Division of Batangas

L.Z.Z Displays shall be district joined activity of elementary and secondary (JHS
and SHS) schools about partnership programs and activities from SY 2018-
2019 to present.
L.2.3 Supported documents as means of verification based on criteria shall be
available during evaluation. SIP/ AIP and SPDS are always part of the
evaluation.
7.2.4 District exhibitors may (optional) {isplay donation tin cans or sell
partnership outputs and products to generate their own fund resources and
retrieve their expenses.
1.2.5 The proponent will provide designated area for displays and every district
entry is responsible for the installation of 2x2 meters booth and all other
 materials of the exhibit.No lapses display shall be observed within the
allotted 2x2 meters booth in the designated area.
1.2.5 lngress of exhibitors shall be on or before Day 0 October 23, 2079
Wednesday and egress shall be on day 2 October 25, 2019, Friday after the
closing program.
L.2.7 Motif of the exhibit is color red which shall be used in background, table
cover, and other major displays. Other color may be used in accessories like
balloons, flaglets, buntings, streamers, banner, emblem, videos and sounds
etc.Extravagant booth display is discouraged.
Lz.a Barangay and police will be informed but district exhibitors are responsible
for the security of their displays.
I.2.9 Exhibitors shall maintained cleanliness and orderliness in the entire activity
area during the event.
