COLEX Edible Collagen Casing

A ready-to-use edible casing designed for small and medium caliber products. It is used for the
production of fresh and cured sausages. The wall thickness gives excellent bite. This type of filler is
ideal for a short time of healing in those sausages that require it. Have a high adherence and
elasticity, with extra thin wall and soft bite and a finishing very similar to natural casing.

Preservation

Once the box of COLEX tripe has been opened, close
