APOLLO CLINIC - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. . This marketing program (“Program”) is from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd.
(“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Apollo Clinic (“Merchant”) and is open to all residents of
India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication
is sent either by SBICPSL and/or Merchant.
2. The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is till 31st August ‘19, unless extended by SBICPSL and the
Merchant.
3. Under this Program, a Cardholder can avail exclusive discount on purchases at Apollo Clinic
Centres only using SBI Credit card during the offer term.
4. Offer details:
a. 15% Off on Apollo Health Checks – This offer is for those customers who visits Apollo
Clinics for Most healthcare issues : Promo Code – SBI-HC15
b. 10% Off on Diagnostics- This offer is for those customers who spends with Apollo clinics
& also with other healthcare businesses– SBI-DIAG10
c. 1 Specialist consult free - This offer is for those customers who Does not use SBI Card for
healthcare services/someone who never visited Apollo clinic –on paying registration
charges of Rs. 100/- Promo code– SBI- Spl-Consult

5. The offers are shared to the customers keeping in mind the segmentation of all the customers in
the above mentioned categories mutually decided by Apollo Clinic and SBI Card. The customer
will be eligible only for the offers communicated to him via sms or email out of the above four.
6. Customer is expected to announce the intent to avail the Offer at the time of appointment
registration and make the payment through SBI Credit Card.
7. The discounts will be billed in the Invoice at time of the payment
8. SBI Card is not liable for any lapse in application of the discount at time of payment, on part of
the customer or the billing executive.
9. This Program is not applicable on SBI Corporate Card
10. All the existing offers, promo codes, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered by the Merchant
can be availed by the Cardholders over and above of the exclusive offer as mentioned in the
communication
11. Coupon codes for different offers/products can’t be clubbed together.
12. The Cardholder can avail this discount at the time of purchase/transaction. Any query regarding
this Program shall only be entertained till 31st August ‘19. Post such date; SBICPSL will not
entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any cardholder.
13. SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and
will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such
products which shall be at the sole liability to Merchant.
14. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers
or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the
actual products. SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
15. Products offered under this Program are subject to availability from the respective participating
outlets of Merchant and accordingly SBICPSL in no circumstances shall be liable for
nonavailability of any of the products.
16. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with
cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Merchant
17. All government levies such as sales tax, TDS, local taxes, octroi etc., shall be payable by the
Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
18. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed
by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the
provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New
Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if at all, shall not
constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
19. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Program and any participation is
deemed to be voluntary.
20. SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this
Program at any time at its own discretion.
