SMS SENDING THROUGH EXOTEL SYSTEM

1. Go to exotel.in website.

3. Click on login button.
4. Use username/email talluriabhiram57@gmail.com and password 08m61a0557 to login.
5. You will be redirected to home page.

7. Click on SMS button (Orange color) on top left corner of the home page.ie . Right to call
button on top left corner.
8. A popup is opened as you click on the button as given in below image.

10. Add the text in the “Type your message “
11. Click on choose a SMS Template available.
12. Select last option from the SMS template available.

14. Once SMS template is selected it will be displayed as shown in the given image.

16. In order number add the order number from website/smartq system.
17. Add the name of the person if order is from website and leave it blank if from SMartQ.
18. Add the address of the customer, phone number and item name, payment method ,price.

Eg: Order No: 6166 Name: Abhiram Phone: 9440665700 Address: C2 block Item: TES - QTY 1,
MSC - QTY 2 , Payment: COD Price: 500

If Payment is COD add COD as payment and price, if online add ONLINE and leave price blank.

Once the order information is added add the number you want to send the SMS in To option
available in the popup.

Click SEND SMS once all the data is added , cross checked and To number is correct.

Once SMS is sent success message is displayed on the screen.
