I started using Linked for job hunting in Dec-2016 when #Google told me that there is
whole new way of doing it.
1️⃣ #First Job : I got approached by a recruiter within 10 days of updating my profile
and got hired within in a week.
2️⃣ #2nd Job : Saw an advertisement posted on Company's page, Attended walkin,
got hired (within 20 days)

You don't need to be a Public Speaker 👩,Influencer 👩👩, Social media strategist 👩♂️,
#personalbranding expert blah. blah. blah.... in order to be able to find a job through
Linkedin.

I had a profile of few 100s of connections(mostly recruiters) and a #headline that

said:
►My target job &
►I am currently open for new opportunities

#Headline is the only thing #recruiters see along with your name in search results
when they use search tools, so it must say your target job & there is nothing wrong
with mentioning that you are open for new opportunities. make sure your profile is
complete and accurate.
