Background
A new option- Submit a call- is now available on the Service Portal. This option will allow you to
contact Q Core Service faster and efficiently, eliminating the need for emails communication (via
service@qore.com).

How to submit a call?

1. Open the User Name menu and click Submit a call:

2. Fill in the details of the call and then submit:

3. To see your open calls open the User Name menu and click My calls:

4. Replies from Q Core will be displayed in the My Notifications tab:

5. If there are additional issues to be resolved as part of the call- Open the call (from the My
notifications tab or from the My calls tab) and click Reply.
