STATEMENT LETTER

We, the undersigned, are Bandung Dataton 2019 participants, agreeing to:
1. The registered proposal will be use by the Bandung City Government as policy
references.
2. The chosen proposal can be use as a portfolio (use and disseminate) by :
a. Bandung City Government;
b. School of Business and Management - Institut Teknologi Bandung; and
c. Idea Owner
3. Allowed to publish the proposal and final result widely, at least Bandung Datathon
2019 website.
4. Commit to attend incubation process for 6 weeks and also fills presence list as a
control tools.
5. Committed to follow all the process of Bandung Datathon 2019;
6. Attend a one week incubation program in Melbourne, Australia, if become winner.

Thus we sign this statement and consciously and without coercion,
