SUMMARY :

The one’s who has hypoxia, will respond in the form of Eritropoesis gene expression on his kidney
and liver . This gene located on DNAse 1 hypersensitive.In liver and kidney , there are many Nuclear
factor in that gene is triggered by hypoxia .

( intinya bilang kalau penelitian itu dilakukan dengan memakai ginjal dan hati tikus , kalimatnya
terserah kamu lian ) lanjutannya.... This research aso using transgenic mice that injected human EPO
gene.

Result :

1. In the liver produce more EPO gen than other cell
