You should be quite proud of yourself and your remarkable achievement! ‘The purpose of this email is to make sure that you have access to the information and forms that you will need to participate in your upcoming Commencement day so please read carefully as some information has changed from previous ceremonies. Some important dates and times that you will need are listed below: CS RE 4:15 p.m. —Line-up for the Baccalaureate Liturgy and Hooding Ceremony, CdC 2¥¢ floor hallway, by roam 210 5:00 p.m. - Baccalaureate Liturgy and Hooding Ceremony, Our Lady of Victory Chapel © College for Wamen and College for Adults students will be hooded during this ceremony. Graduate College students are invited to attend but will be hoaded onstage during the official Commencement ceremony. 6:00 p.m. — Line-up for Commencement Ceremony: © College for Adults students in Frey Theatre © College far Women students in Rehearsal Hall, Music Building © Graduate College students in Recital Hall, Music Building 7:30 p.m. - Commencement Ceremony, The O'Shaughnessy 9:30 p.m. — Reception, Rauenhorst Ballroom, 3" floor Coeur de Catherine ro eres + Graduates must RVSP for themselves and request guest tickets for the Winter 2019 Commencement ceremony via the Winter 2019 Commencement Ticket Request Form through the O'Shaughnessy. PCr Ere curekericNe Lee Due to limited seating in the O'Shaughnessy, there are limited guest tickets per student. This ceremony allows four guest tickets per student due to the number of graduating students. Students do not need a ticket for themselves. Only guests need tickets. Per order of the fire marshal, young children and infants are required to have a ticket if attending in the O'Shaughnessy. Additional guests are invited to view the ceremony via live stream at the designated overflow viewing location at the Pulse within the Coeur de Catherine. This location is appreciated by alder guests and yaung children. Live streaming will occur on-campus only. At this time, there is not an online streaming option for the Commencement ceremony At this time, we are NOT taking extra ticket requests. If there are extra tickets remaining after the ticket request deadline on Friday, November 22, they will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis the day after GradFest beginning on Wednesday, December 4 at 5:00 p.m. Using the Commencement RSVP list, more information will be sent to all participating students at the end of November if extra tickets are available and outlining the process. For guest special accommodations (ex: use of wheelchair, hard-of-hearing, cannot climb stairs, etc.), special seating is reserved for requests on a first-come, first-serve basis. To request guest special accommodations, please complete the special accommodations form within the Winter 2019 Commencement Ticket Request Form to coordinate your guest tickets directly with the O'Shaughnessy ticket office. For student special accommodations, please contact the Commencement Committee directly at commencement@stkate edu at least one week in advance to the Commencement ceremony. Guest tickets will be available for pick-up beginning at GradFest (see below section). For more information on ticket pick-up after GradFest, please visit the St. ate's Commencement website. You do NOT need tickets to the Baccalaureate Liturgy Ceremony or the Reception but make sure to RSVP via the Winter 2019 Commencement Ticket Request Farm Students must order their academic garb thraugh the University’s garb vendor, Balfour Academic garb is your cap, gown, hood, and tassel demic Garb Orde The garb order form is also avallable on the St. Kate's Commencement website. Only students cleared for graduation will be allowed to order academic garb. your student ID does not work with the academic gart form, please check with the Registrar's office at (651)690-6531 or reaistrar@stkate edu if you have been cleared to graduate. ‘Academic garb orders take 7-10 business days to fuffil so please plan accordingly. Please bring your academic garb with you to Commencement.
