Quick Start Guide
1. Open one of the Program Manuals. Read and understand “How Much is
Enough?” – The Intuitive Training Compass (Page 12 in Barbarian, 14 in King of
Clubs). This will keep you safe. Baby steps are fastest!
2. Download both LEVEL 1 Delta (the “Beginner”) instructional videos. Study the
movements carefully.
3. Download the Band-Ageless and Atlas yoga recovery videos, plus the 28 Days
Primal Diet Book.
4. Print out your choice of 4×7 (p15 in Barbarian; p17 in King of Clubs) or 7×4
(p16 in Barbarian; p18 in King of Clubs) schedule. These will guide you for the
next 28 days. Review the ABOUT TO GET STARTED page to implement the
schedule (p20 in Barbarian; p22 in King of Clubs).
5. Download both the LEVEL 1 Delta “follow-along simulations” once you have
practiced the instructions sufficiently to train them.
6. Go to Day One of your chart and get to work. It could not be simpler.
Everything has been laid out for you day by day. All you need to do is fill in the
blanks… and sweat, of course. Upon successful completion of a Level 1 Delta
(“Beginner”) level, repeat these same steps with the Level 2 Gamma
(“Intermediate”), Level 3 Beta (“Advanced”) and Level 4 Alpha (“Expert”) levels.
7. Now, don’t forget to download all of the bonuses for storing in your vault until
you’ve gotten the calendar prepared. Once you’ve been through one week, you
may be ready to start implementing the other bonuses. And you’ll find an
implementation “formula” on p14 of Barbarian, p15 of King of Clubs, with a
supplement on how to incorporate other programs outside of TACFIT on p10 in
Barbarian and p12 in King of Clubs.
