 Purchaser named Moon Build Tech Pvt. Ltd. got registered for the plot size of 250
sq/yards by depositing 3 installments of Rs. 1,80,000 each, totaling a sum OF Rs.
5,40,000/- between 6.11.2005 to 4.2.2006.

 Offer letter dated 27.12.2011 of allotment of plot in the name of Mrs. Poonam Gulati
specifying approximate area of 239.2 Sq. Yds. Bearing provisional Sector 15 Plot No.
168 in Wave City (Hi-Tech Township Project)

Offered aforesaid plot @ 7416/- per sq. yds. Making total consideration of Rs.
17,73,90/-.

Offered provisional, subject to remitting payment of Rs. 7,14,700/- on or before Jan

14,2012.

Also ,for the payment of Peripheral/ Infrastructure Development Charges and other
fees/taxes payable to the Government and other charges in accordance with the
Payment Plan forming part of the letter of offer.

 Allottee agreement, executed between M/s Uppal Chadha Hi-tech Developers private
limited and Mrs. Poonam Gulati.
Clause 1: Provisional Allotment: Allotment of plot bearing no. 168 in Sector Crestwood
Enclave admeasuring 239.2 sq. yds.
Clause 1.2: Preferential Location: Allottee to pay preferential location charges @ 216/-
per sq. yds.
Clause 1.6: Peripheral/ Infrastructure Development Charge: Allottee to pay @ 850/-
per sq. yds.
Clause 3.3: Procedure for taking Possession: the developer shall endevour to give
possession of the residential plot within 36 months from the date of strt of development
work at site subject to force majeure circumstances and receipt of all payment as per
the payment plan.
 Application of transfer executed on 16.07.2013 in favour of Mrs. Monika & Shikha
Agarwal by remitting Rs. 13,11,121/- to the transferor being Mrs. Poonam Gulati and
further Rs. 26,877/- as transfer/ administrative charges by way of bank Draft in favour
of the Wave City “NH-24”.
 Letter dated 26.07.2013, acknowledging endorsement of Provisional Allotment of the
said plot in favor of Mrs. Monika & Shikha Agarwal.
