 Purchaser named Moon Build Tech Pvt. Ltd. got registered for the plot size of 250
sq/yards by depositing 3 installments of Rs. 1,80,000 each, totaling a sum OF Rs.
5,40,000/- between 6.11.2005 to 4.2.2006.

 Offer letter dated 27.12.2011 of allotment of plot in the name of [▪] specifying
approximate area of 239.2 Sq. Yds. Bearing provisional Sector 15 Plot No. 168 in
Wave City (Hi-Tech Township Project)

Offered aforesaid plot @ 7416/- per sq. yds. Making total consideration of Rs.
17,73,90/-.

Offered provisional, subject to remitting payment of Rs. 7,14,700/- on or before Jan


14,2012.

Also ,for the payment of Peripheral/ Infrastructure Development Charges and other
fees/taxes payable to the Government and other charges in accordance with the
Payment Plan forming part of the letter of offer.

Clause 1.2: Preferential Location: Allottee to pay preferential location charges @ 216/-

per sq. yds.
Clause 3.3: Procedure for taking Possession: the developer shall endevour to give
possession of the residential plot within 36 months from the date of strt of development
work at site subject to force majeure circumstances and receipt of all payment as per
the payment plan.
