Evidence: The doctor told me

Read the following dialogue. Then, write a text reporting it, do not forget to keep
in mind the way to report instructions and requests. The first sentence is done
as an example.

You: Help please, anybody help me!

Doctor: Calm down. What’s the problem?
You: I can’t breathe.
Doctor: Lay down on the bed. Nurse some oxygen over here.
Nurse: Right away doctor.
Doctor: Do you have any other difficulties besides breathing?
You: I can’t help scratching the rush on my back.
Doctor: I see. Nurse, epinephrine shot. Quick!
Nurse: Here you are doctor.
Doctor: Relax and try to breathe. I am going to put you an
epinephrine shot.
You: (few minutes later) I can breathe! Sorry I freaked out. I
panicked as soon as I experienced difficulty in breathing.
Doctor: That’s absolutely normal. You had an anaphylactic
shock.
You: I see, but I have never been allergic to anything doc,
Why now?
Doctor: Anyone can develop an allergy out of the blue. Have
you been in contact with animals, nuts, seafood or the like?
You: Not that I remem… wait a sec. I started yesterday as a
groomer!
Doctor: well, that must have been the trigger. We’ll have to
get some exams to determine the nature of your allergy.
Meanwhile stay away from animals.
You: Well, I guess I have to find a new job, then. Thanks doc.

Juan Hello Santiago, I heard that you had a terrible day

yesterday, what happen? Are you ok?
Me Hello Juan, yesterday I had a terrible day, I can’t breathe
but I’ m ok
Juan Really? Tell me what else happened
Me A week ago I started working in a construction, I think the
dust from the construction generated an allergy and
yesterday I go to hospital.
Juan bad luck that happened to you in your new job. What
happen in the hospital?
Me I arrived as fast as I could to the hospital, scared and
asking for help.
Juan Were you alone?
Me Yes, I was alone and very scared
Juan What did you do?
Me I asked for help
Juan Did anyone help you?
Me Yes, a nurse approached, she ordered me to calm down
while they called a doctor, the doctor arrived and asked me
what was wrong with me
Juan What did doctor do?
Me They took me to a stretcher, the doctor ordered me to lie
down and examined me, then I put oxygen and told me to
calm down. Then they gave me some medications so I
could breathe better, and the doctor ordered some tests to
look at because I couldn't breathe.
Juan They discovered why you couldn't breathe?
Me Yes, the doctor explained to me that this allergy is caused
by dust, then the doctor ordered me to use a mask to avoid
the allergy and take some allergy pastes
