STUDY VARIABLES

Self esteem
This is a dependent variable, this variable would help the researchers determine the
effect of the other variable. It aims to know how will the other variable can effect the
respondents self-esteem. This is also one of the main variables of the study.

Siblings
This is an independent variable. This would tell if the respondents siblings would have a
great effect or relationship on building the self esteem of the respondents.

Psych students
This variable is an independent one, the variables self esteem and siblings would
depend on this, the psychology students would be an instrument in knowing the
relationship between the respondents siblings and their self esteem. The researchers
would also tightly monitor this variable
