On May 2nd, 2018 at approximately 0840 hours I was dispatched to 1010 south cherry, street, Lamar, Missouri in
reference to a warrant service. Kimberly Archer was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #11CCR01109,
possession of a controlled substance 35 grams or less with a bond of $10,000.00 cash only given. Ms. Archer was
transported to the Cass County Jail without incident.

On Monday 4/30/18 at approximately 0937 hours I responded to 402 N Harrison St in Freeman Missouri, The Freeman
Presbyterian Church, in regards to a stealing. Rodney L. Hughes, W/M, told me multiple power and hand tools had been
taken from his work trailer over the weekend. No suspect has been identified.

04/30/18 09:34 37006 STATE ROUTE 2, GARDEN CITY

On 04/30/2018, at approximately 0934 hours, I responded to 37006 E State Route 2 for an animal call. I made contact
with Michelle r Knight, w/f, who stated that one of her rams had been attacked by a pack of dogs. The animal was
mortally wounded. The dogs in question were unable to be located and remain at large.

On Monday 4/30/18 at approximately 1119 hours I responded to 19212 E 231st St in Harrisonville Missouri, Waste
Corporation of America, in regards to a stealing. A television was stolen from the employee lounge, no suspect has been
identified at this time.

On April 30, 2018 at approximately 0930 hours I made contact with Jamison, Jason L. in division four on two Cass
County cases.

04/30/18 11:21 195TH/58, STRASBURG

On 04/30/2018, at approximately 1121 hours, I responded to the area of Highway 58 and 195th St for a motor vehicle
accident. I arrived to find a black 2002 Volvo sedan on the north side of 58, facing west. I made contact with Christy J
Harris, w/f, who said that someone hit her vehicle from behind then left the scene. The suspect has not yet been
identified.

On 04/30/2018, at approximately 1137 hours, I responded to 26110 E 235th St for a report of lost or stolen license plate.
I made contact with Ann R Wurl, w/f, who said that the last that the plate was seen was two weeks prior. She said she
was unsure if it was stolen or just fell off the vehicle. No suspect has been identified at this time.

On May 3rd, 2018 at approximately 0837 hours I was dispatched to 141 west elm street, Wichita, Kansas in reference to
a warrant service. Justin Williams was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant 11CACR01481, non-support in
excess of 12 monthly payments, with a bond of $500.00 cash only. Mr. Williams was transported to the Cass County Jail
without incident.

On Monday 4/30/18 at approximately 1207 hours I spoke to Michael D. Long, W/M, via telephone regarding a stealing.
Mr. Long had located property that had been stolen from his land at a salvage yard in Warrensburg. Mr. Long gave me
the name of the individual who sold the property to the salvage yard.

On 04-30-18, I investigated a stealing from a barn that occurred at 33415 S. Hatfield Road in rural Garden City. Mark L.
Kleypas reported that some persons in an older red Chevrolet truck, stole a large fuel tank from inside his barn. A
possible suspect has been identified.

On Monday 4/30/18 at approximately 1350 hours I responded to the lobby of the Cass County Sheriffs Office at 2501 W.
Mechanic in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a warrant arrest. Kylee M. Vaughn, W/F, was arrested on an outstanding
Raymore Missouri Probation Violation warrant.

On Monday 4/30/18 at approximately 1542 hours I responded to 1512 N Mullen in Raymore Missouri in regards to a
stealing. Clemens W. Hale, W/M, told me that his SIM card had been stolen from his phone. A suspect was identified, no
arrest has been made.

On 04/30/2018, at approximately 1554 hours, I made contact with Courtney F. Allen at the Cass County Sheriff's Office
on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00272 for possession of a controlled substance
except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Bond was set at $4000.00 10% cash only and a court date of 06/28/2018 at 0900
hours was given.

On 04-30-2018 at 2017 hours, I arrived at 34802 E. 58 Hwy. and made contact with Robert E. Schmidt who reported that
a white male had trespassed on his property at around 1830 hours this evening. The white male subject was located
and identified.

On Monday, April 30th 2018, at 2158 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on southbound 7 Highway at Kircher Road in
Harrisonville, Missouri on a gray 2007 Dodge Charger. The white male driver was arrested for unlawful possession of a
firearm, driving while revoked, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

05/01/18 01:22 58 HWY WEST OF 7 HWY, PLEASANT HILL

On Tuesday, May 1st 2018, at 0122 hours, I was dispatched to Cardinal Street west of 7 Highway in Pleasant Hill in
reference to providing K9 assistance to the Pleasant Hill Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop with
an orange 2002 Chevrolet Malibu. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and during a
probable cause search, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, a semi automatic pistol and a counterfeit $20 bill were
located. The vehicle was later reported stolen as well.

On 05/01/2018, at approximately 0530 Hours, I made contact with Carrie Studna at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a

On 05/01/2018, at approximately 0823 hours, I responded to 34804 State Route 2 for a report of a trespass that had
occurred. I made contact with Doyle G Yoder, w/m, who said that he saw a man and woman in a teal colored Ford F150
on his property. The two parties were contacted and informed to not return to the property at 34804 State Route 2.

On May 1st, 2018 at approximately 0930 hours I was dispatched to 3151 Litton road, Chillicothe, Missouri in reference to
a warrant service. Destinie Long was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #17CACR00822, two counts of
forgery, with a bond of $5000.00 10% cash only given.

On Tuesday 5/1/18 at approximately 1537 hours I spoke to David W. Seba, W/M, via telephone concerning property
damage. Mr. Seba told me 10-15 cows had been on his property at 255th/Shaw on Wednesday 4/25/18 and trampled
his wheat field doing approximately $5000.00 in damages.

On Tuesday, May 1st 2018, at 1953 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on Prospect Avenue south of 58 highway on a
white 2000 Chevrolet Blazer for failing to display license plates and lane violations. The white female driver was
subsequently arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

On May 1, 2018 at approximately 2217 hours, I was dispatched to 12805 E. Brokview Drive, Peculiar, Missouri for an
assault. Upon arrival, I made contact with Scott Owens, who stated he was assaulted. A suspect was identified and
taken into custody.

05/02/18 02:04 EB PEC WAY/49, PECULIAR

On Wednesday, May 2nd 2018, at 0204 hours, I attempted to stop a silver Kia Rio on southbound I-49 at Peculiar Way
for a traffic violation but the vehicle failed to yield and a pursuit ensued. The pursuit came to an end in a field southeast
of the intersection of Harvest Lane and Briar in Peculiar and the white male driver fled on foot into a wood line and was
not located. The driver was subsequently identified by the two remaining passengers.

On 05-02-2018 at 0246 hours I arrived at the scene of a 1 vehicle motor vehicle accident on Interstate 49 at mile marker
171.8. The driver of the vehicle was the only occupant and injury was reported with the accident.

On 05/02/2018 at approximately 0906 hours I was dispatched to 17607 E 227th St, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference
to assisting another agency. Upon my arrival contact was made with two parties.

On Wednesday May 2, 2018 I was requested to respond to 17202 Cerrito in Belton, Missouri in reference to a
barricaded subject. Suspect exited the residence with Belton Police Officers shortly after arrival and no assistance was
needed.

On Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at approximately 1337 hours I was dispatched to a walk in report of stealing in reference to
a report of stealing at 22003 E. 298th St, Harrisonville, MO. Duane Jeppeson stated it was discovered that a former
employee had stolen money from the company. A suspect has been identified.

05/02/18 13:37 PARRIS RD/S OF 58 1/4 OF MILE, PLEASANT HILL

On Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at approximately 1408 hours, I conducted an investigation in the area of Parris Road south
of State Route 58 in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in regards to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon my arrival I found a
silver in color Pontiac Grand Prix parked unoccupied, on the east side of the roadway facing north. The vehicle owner
could not be contacted. Due to the vehicle partially blocking the roadway, the vehicle was removed from the scene by
Stever Tow and taken to their secure facility.

license plate. Jacob Rushley reported the front license plate to have been stolen off of the front of his vehicle sometime

On 05/03/2018, at approximately 0617 hours, I responded to 1004 N Lyne, Raymore, in reference to a property damage.
My investigation showed that Linda Bedford had a tire damaged sometime overnight, a suspect has been identified in
this incident.

On 05/03/2018 at approximately 0747 hours, I was dispatched to the report of an abandoned vehicle on 343rd St near
Lacy Rd. An investigation was conducted an it was determined the owner had been trespassing on property at that
location. The victim, Darren Kearns was contacted.

On 05/03/2018 at approximately 1107 hours I was dispatched to 20305 Hickory Grove Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in
reference to a report of a stolen vehicle. My investigation revealed the vehicle was not stolen.

On Thursday, May 3, 2018 at approximately 1425 hours I was dispatched to 24801 E. 219th St, Pleasant Hill, MO in
reference to a report of stealing. Richard Hoover stated logs were being cut and sold from his property by a family
member. The investigation revealed the incident to be a civil matter.

On Thursday, May 3, 2018 at approximately 1325 hours, I was dispatched to the residence of 17600 East 199th Street
in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in regards to a medical call. The reporting party was located at the residence and later
transported to a local area hospital for treatment.

On Thursday, May 3, 2018 at approximately 1526 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 4300 East
State Route 2 in rural Cleveland, Missouri in regards to a report of a motor vehicle theft. The victim, Edgar L. Stark,
white male stated that he was not sure when his vehicle was stolen. Deputies with the Miami County, Kansas Sheriff's
Office located Mr. Stark's vehicle in their jurisdiction. No suspect information is available at this time.

On 05/03/2018 at approximately 1453 hours, I was notified of two parties trespassing on Kansas City Southern Railroad
Property. I contacted a male and female party who was stealing railroad property and trespassing on the train tracks.
Kansas City Southern Railroad Police were contacted and the subjects were taken into custody and later released with
summons.

05/03/18 15:26 1300 CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY

On May 4th, 2018 at approximately 1230 hours I was dispatched to 1300 Cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in
reference to a warrant service. Willard Shimel was taken into custody on active Cass County warrants #702337008, no
seat belt with a bond of $10.00 cash only, warrant #702337006, possession of drug paraphernalia with a bond of
$250.00 cash only, warrant #18CACR00189, possession of a controlled substance 35 grams or less, with a bond of
$4000.00 10% cash only. Mr. Shimel was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident.

Upon arrival I contacted Angela Pitsch, who stated a dog had attacked her and her mule.

On May 4th, 2018 at approximately 1230 hours I was dispatched to 1300 cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in

bond was set at $15000.00 cash only and a court date of 07-05-2018 at 0900 hours was given.

On Friday 5/4/18 at approximately 1639 hours I responded to the Freeman Community Club RV Park on East Main
Street in Freeman Missouri, Lot #6 on a report of Burglary. Christopher D. Wilson, W/M, told me that his RV had been
broken into and several items were taken. No suspect has been identified.

disturbance. The reporting party, David L Flick w/m, said that his ex-wife struck two of his vehicle’s before fleeing the
area. A suspect has been identified.

On 05-04-2018 at 2008 hours, I arrived at 502 W. State Rt. E in Strasburg, MO and made contact with Gregory S.
McClure in reference to a neighbor, identified as Shawn D. Daupenspeck, flying a drone aircraft around and over Mr.
McClure's property.

On Friday, May 4th 2018, at 2336 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop in the 1400 block of South Commercial
in Harrisonville, Missouri on a white 1994 Chevrolet 1500 pickup. The white male driver was arrested for an active
warrant out of Clay COunty for failing to appear on the charge of driving while revoked. He was also cited for driving
while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On May 5, 2018 I conducted a pedestrian check on Rockhaven Road near the Grand River, Peculiar, Missouri. A white
female was arrested for possession of controlled substance.

William Dwayne Post into custody on Cass County warrant # 18-CAFTA-282 for Domestic Assault 1st degree, bond
$25,000 cash or court approved surety, Mr. Post was transported to the Cass County Jail.

reported motor vichale crash. The crash occurred when vehicle #1 a burnt orange dodge ram pick up struck the open
driver door of vehicle #2 a black Altima. No injuries were reported by any of the parties involved.

the tracks. Mr. Rodabaugh was issued a summons for trespassing.
